Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Engineering Manager - Automation to govern and drive automation and integration programs across multiple manufacturing environments, including fab, weld, paint, and assembly. You will lead cross-functional teams, set technical standards, and partner with IT/Business Technology to deliver measurable improvements in throughput, safety, and operational visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing, computer science, controls engineering, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, automation engineering, controls integration, or related field.
Significant experience with manufacturing automation systems (AGVs, AMRs, robotics, conveyors, PLCs, SCADA, HMI) and their integration into production environments.
Demonstrated experience with ERP, MES, WMS, or similar enterprise systems integration in manufacturing.
Proven track record leading cross-functional programs that span automation deployment, controls integration, and IT/OT convergence.

Responsibilities

Lead automation and integration programs across AGV/AMR deployment and smart factory initiatives in fab, weld, paint, and assembly.
Establish and maintain standards for automation projects including controls architecture, data protocols, cybersecurity, and validation criteria.
Manage programs deploying automation systems to improve throughput, safety, and material handling.
Oversee IT/OT integration to enable real-time scheduling, inventory replenishment, and labor visibility.
Define and execute smart factory roadmaps connecting equipment to data platforms for monitoring and continuous improvement.
Collaborate on secure, scalable IT/OT network architectures supporting automation systems.
Lead vendor selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and validation of automation equipment.
Develop and maintain control system standards and change management procedures.
