Job summary

Element Logic in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and maintain automated warehouse systems at customer sites. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, replace components, and document findings.

This hands-on role requires strong technical skills, safety discipline, and the ability to work with on-site teams and remote support. You’ll contribute to reliability and uptime while upholding customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial machinery, conveyor systems, or automated material handling equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills; able to diagnose and resolve issues independently.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with CMMS for documenting maintenance activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated warehouse equipment at customer sites.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Repair, replace, and reassemble machine components following procedures and safety standards.
• Conduct PMs, equipment audits, and document findings through service reports.
• Test equipment after maintenance to verify proper operation and identify further needs.
• Read and interpret work orders and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with remote support teams to resolve issues and support warranties.
