Job summary

Element Logic is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to keep automated warehouse systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will combine hands-on expertise with leadership to support customers and teams.

The role covers planning, repairs, preventive maintenance, machine start-up and testing, parts management, and collaboration with remote support. A hybrid work model and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance/industrial automation experience.
• Degree or diploma in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of conveyors and industrial equipment.
• Experience using CMMS and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Plan work and personnel schedules for employees.
• Communicate with the end customer to update on completed work and future plans.
• Audit PMs and repairs to ensure safety and timeliness.
• Reassemble machines after repair or maintenance.
• Start machines and observe operations to detect issues.
• Inspect and test damaged parts and advise on repairs.
• Lubricate or apply materials to machines per procedures.
• Install or change machine parts according to specs.
• Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair.
• Record production, repair, and maintenance information.
• Read work orders to determine required repairs.
• Set up and operate machines, adjust controls.
• Collaborate to repair/move machines and parts.
• Inventory and requisition parts to maintain stock.
• Transport parts/tools between areas using cranes/dollies.
• Discard worn parts to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean machines and parts with solvents, air, or vacuums.
• Provide training on maintenance and operation of equipment.
• Work with remote support teams to open tickets for support/warranty.
