Sub-Zero, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday).
The role focuses on maintaining production equipment, diagnosing electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical faults, and supporting continuous improvement in a climate-controlled facility. The position requires reading electrical schematics, interfacing with PLCs, using a CMMS (Maximo preferred), and adhering to OSHA safety standards.

Position responsibilities include:
This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.

Ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic blueprints and machine manuals.
Must be able to pass a written maintenance examination and pass at a level above 70%.
Proficiency in troubleshooting a variety of PLC's.
Must be experienced Window based Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Must be willing to work flexible hours in support of continued education and staff fluctuations.
Strong oral and written communication skills to write up an equipment analysis for root cause documentation.
Experience with CMMS program (Maximo preferred).
Strong understanding of OSHA standards.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
