Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or Engineering required.
• Competent in designing, specifying, installing, tuning and troubleshooting electronic equipment in manufacturing.
• Excellent project management skills relevant to electronics field.
• Proficient with ladder logic and PID loops.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor electronic equipment and assist in design and installation of equipment.
• Repair and maintain electronic factory equipment to ensure control functions are accurate and operating properly.
• Administer and enforce company policies, safety procedures and housekeeping.
• Install, calibrate and maintain control systems including Siemens TIA PLCs, sensors, PID actuators, Danfoss VFDs and Siemens HMIs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, Profinet and Profibus networks and control-system issues to reduce downtime.
• Monitor system performance, analyze data and adjust parameters for efficiency and safety.
• Manage daily operations of laser vision systems.
• Coordinate with OEM technicians and vendors on upgrades, software changes, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliant calibration logs and reports.
