Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is required.
• Experience as a Controls Technician or in a similar role with electrical/electronic fundamentals.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and reading/interpreting technical drawings.
• Familiarity with industrial networks (e.g., Ethernet, DeviceNet).
• Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and other automated equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in control systems to minimize downtime.
• Program and calibrate control systems using various languages and software.
• Collaborate with engineers and staff to design compliant control solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users on operation and maintenance.
