Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Moreno Valley, CA to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex automated warehouse systems. The role requires electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills, with a focus on high-speed sortation and ASRS.

Safety and downtime reduction are essential in a fast-paced environment. Pay range is $24.50–$36.56 per hour with a Tue–Sat, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with automated systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and automated material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical failures on complex automated warehouse systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs to the Input/Output level under supervision.
• Diagnose and repair motor control panels, including motor starters, overloads, relays, switches, circuit breakers, and fuses.
• Maintain and repair sensors, barcode readers, proximity switches, and dimensions.
• Replace and wire dual voltage motors (480 VAC/208 VAC 3-phase) with brake systems and diagnose speed reducers.
• Maintain and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including compressors, valves, actuators, cylinders, and related components.
• Perform fabrication work using cutting, drilling, and welding techniques following hot work safety standards.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems and sortation systems.
• Navigate Warehouse Control Systems and HMI interfaces for diagnostics and control.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for troubleshooting and repair.
