Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in industrial maintenance with automated systems.
• Technical: Intermediate electrical, PLCs, motor controls, and material handling equipment.
• Safety: Familiar with NFPA 70E and industrial safety practices.
• Tools: Proficient with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical failures on complex automated warehouse systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs to Input/Output level under supervision and maintain motor control panels.
• Repair sensors, bar code readers, conveyors, and AS/RS components; perform hot work safely.
• Read schematics and operate Warehouse Control Systems and HMI for diagnostics.
