Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex automated warehouse systems in Moreno Valley, CA.

The role emphasizes electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with high-speed sortation, conveyors, and AS/RS equipment. The technician will diagnose faults, service PLCs, motor control panels, sensors, and VFDs, and work at heights while following NFPA 70E safety standards.

Qualifications

• Identify, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical failures in automated warehouse equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLCs to IO level and diagnose processor faults.
• Service and repair motor control panels, including starters, relays, and breakers.
• Install and repair sensors, encoders, barcode readers, and VFDs.
• Work with 480V/208V 3-phase motors and safety protocols (NFPA 70E).
• Read schematics and drawings for troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair complex mechanical and electrical failures on automated systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and motor controls to IO level and diagnose faults.
• Install and repair sensors, encoders, and bar code readers.
• Work with high-voltage (480VAC/208VAC) motors and VFDs.
• Fabricate using basic welding and hot-work safety procedures.
• Maintain safety standards and minimize downtime.
