Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to perform intermediate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex automated warehouse and distribution systems in Southern California.

The role requires expertise across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with focus on high-speed sortation, conveyors, and ASRS. Shift options include night hours 10pm–6:30am with a $1.00 differential; Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience with automated systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards and industrial safety practices.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical failures on complex automated warehouse systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs at the Input/Output level under supervision.
• Repair motor control panels, including motor starters, relays, and breakers.
• Maintain and repair sensors, bar code readers, and related automation components.
• Support smooth operation of conveyor and sortation systems and ASRS components.
