Job summary
ALO is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to uphold the reliability of automated material handling systems in our Fulfillment Center in Memphis, TN. You will perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance with minimal guidance, and support product flow and operational goals.
You will handle 3-phase systems up to 480VAC, read technical drawings, and work with PLCs and controls. The role requires safety discipline, occasional weekend shifts, and ability to lift up to 75
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of related experience in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using drawings and diagnostic tools.
- Experience with 3 phase systems up to 480VAC; repair, install, maintain.
- Follow safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out and PPE.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians in repair and maintenance of equipment; diagnose problems.
- Perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated system components.
- Handle 3 phase systems up to 480VAC; repair, installation and maintenance.
- Carry out preventive maintenance per safety and quality procedures.
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyor components; assist with cleaning of conveyors.
- Complete work orders and documentation as required.
