Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our Center of Excellence in Clinton, PA. You will apply advanced technical problem-solving to improve product quality and operational efficiency in the manufacturing department.

Primary duties include diagnosing and repairing production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting production staff while documenting activities and ensuring GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using electrical controls, low-voltage systems, sensors, actuators and motor controls.
• Experience in high-volume or regulated production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Observe equipment during operation to locate sources of problems and apply fixes.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer schedules and facility guidelines.
• Provide maintenance support to production staff and coordinate with operators and engineers.
• Fabricate fixtures and modify equipment as needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
