Job summary

Haemonetics is hiring Maintenance Technicians at its Center of Excellence in Clinton, PA. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including molding machines and high-speed automated systems, to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including electrical controls and automation components.
• Experience in high-volume or regulated production environment preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Observe equipment in operation to locate problems and gather troubleshooting data.
• Verify repair effectiveness and ensure products meet specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and procedures.
• Provide maintenance support to production teams and communicate with operators, engineering and management.
• Fabricate needed fixtures and modify equipment as required.
• Identify areas for quality and efficiency improvements and implement changes.
