Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support our Clinton, PA Center of Excellence. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed automated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure products meet strict specifications.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Technical Degree, Certification, or Apprenticeship in related field, preferred. High school diploma required.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment utilizing electrical controls, low-voltage systems, sensors, actuators, motor controls, and related automation components.
• Maintenance experience in a high-volume and/or regulated production environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and meet production goals.
• Repair molding machines, high-speed automated assembly equipment, welders, conveyors, and related tooling.
• Read diagrams, schematics, manuals and specifications to complete tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance per schedules and document activities.
• Communicate with operators, engineering, management and contractors as needed.
• Fabricate new fixtures and modify equipment as required.
• Suggest process improvements and safety enhancements.
