Job summary

Nemera is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Automation for a 12-hour rotating day shift from 6am to 6pm. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing assembly, subassembly, printing, and packaging equipment in a clean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, following 5S and cGMP guidelines, and documenting work in SAP. Applicants should have at least 3 years in a technical role, knowledge of PLCs, electrical, pneumatic,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of experience in a technical, hands-on position.
Experience with complex assembly automation required.
Experience in electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs with repetitive movements.
Ability to push and pull items and climb up and down ladders.
Ability to stand and/or walk up to constantly during the shift.

Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and repairs on various types of assembly, subassembly, printing, and/or packaging machines.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
Read, use, and interpret measuring devices, gauges and inspection tools.
Identify and address root causes of alarms and malfunctions.
Follow 5S guidelines and cGMP compliance.
Document inspections and maintenance in SAP.
Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
