Job summary

Aerotek is seeking 3 Automation Maintenance Technicians to support Toledo, OH operations. You will maintain robotic welding systems, welding cells, and related equipment, with a mix of mechanical and electrical tasks. This role is onsite and contract-to-hire.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting up to 480V, wiring and panel work, wiring conduit, and MIG welding, with 60-70% mechanical workload.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on robotic welding equipment, ped welders, manual clinch machines, conveyor systems, and welding cells.
• Conduct mechanical maintenance, approximately 60-70% of the time, and electrical maintenance for the remaining 30-40%.
• Maintain secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, motors, valves, contactors, motor starters, and air cylinders.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480V, including setting up and running power to 480V lines.
• Pull wire, bend conduit, and perform control panel wiring.
• Utilize a volt meter for daily tasks.
• Perform MIG welding, fabrication, and some stick welding.
• Conduct building maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
