Job summary

Toledo Tool & Die is hiring an Automation Maintenance Technician in Toledo, OH to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, program, and improve automated manufacturing equipment in a high‑volume automotive welding environment.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, hands‑on experience with Fanuc robots, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude. Overtime and shift flexibility are required to support plant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance, robotics, or automated manufacturing experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Experience with Fanuc robotics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on systems.
• Program and troubleshoot Fanuc robots, including mastering and backups.
• Support welding systems and tooling, and maintain fixtures and processes.
