Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Maintenance Technician I & II in Tulsa, OK to maintain, troubleshoot, and support automated warehouse equipment and material handling systems to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on maintenance of AGV/LGV fleets, PLC-driven controls, servo motors, VFDs/drives, and conveyors, with experience in reading electrical/mechanical/pneumatic schematics and using HMI/SCADA interfaces.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Maintenance Mechanic or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of automation maintenance experience including electrical, diesel or IC forklifts, aerial lifts, lift trucks, and related equipment.
• Experience reading manuals and schematics; able to troubleshoot using HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Strong documentation, organizational and communication skills; safety focus with LOTO knowledge.
• Experience coordinating with OEM technicians and managing vendor purchase orders/warranty workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support automated warehouse equipment and material handling systems to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency.
• Inspect machines, set up and operate controls, and repair or replace parts per specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage purchase orders and warranties.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-throughput distribution systems and MHE.
• Read work orders and maintain maintenance records.
