Job summary

Full Circle in Twinsburg is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). This role covers mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems repair essential to manufacturing operations.

You will diagnose faults, interpret ladder logic for SLC 500/PLC-5/ControlLogix, service ABB robots (M94/M98/M2000/M2600/M6700), weld as needed, and perform preventive maintenance with careful record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational training certificates or college courses required.
• 48 months of related experience in Allen Bradley, hydraulics, robotics, and welding.
• Maintenance Technician A level must troubleshoot die casting machine cells using PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and operating difficulties. Determines repair procedures and implements those repairs that will be effective in preventing reoccurrence.
• Navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software for troubleshooting equipment faults.
• Modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots. Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.
• Installs, moves, and aligns new and existing equipment.
• Sets up and operates machine shop equipment with a moderate degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Performs gas and electric welding operations.
• Completes related maintenance records, performs handling duties, and keeps the work area neat.
• Performs preventive and proactive tasks on plant equipment.

Full Circle is seeking several experienced Maintenance Technicians to work the following shifts:

2nd Shift - Monday to Friday (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday (11:00 PM -7:00 AM)

Estimated Hours Worked per Week: 50-60

Position Description:

Perform a wide variety of mechanical and electrical maintenance work of a skilled and complex nature. Installs, repairs, and maintains manufacturing equipment and plant facilities necessary for satisfactory operation of equipment and processes. This position is moderately physical.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic and combustion malfunctions and operating difficulties. Determines repair procedures and implements those repairs that will be effective in preventing reoccurrence.
• Can navigate and interpret ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software for the purpose of troubleshooting equipment faults.
• Can modify positions and diagnose problems on ABB robots. Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.

• A Maintenance Technician “A” level must be proficient at troubleshooting die casting machine cells through the use of PLC’s and electrical and hydraulic schematics.
