Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Automation Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis, IN. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor and automated equipment, troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs, and support site safety and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Requires vocational or technical certification or 4+ years of related maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of maintenance on warehouse automation equipment.
• 1+ year experience with PLCs for troubleshooting.
• 2+ years maintenance on 480V equipment and AC/DC motors.
• 1+ year using WES/WMS for communication between systems.
• 1+ year using HMI screens to diagnose faults.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on warehouse automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, AS/RS, AGVs, and related controls.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain spare parts inventories and support safety/Lean programs.
• Keep maintenance area clean and tour-ready; participate in SOP improvements.
