Job summary
Ford Motor Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and supervise skilled trades across production and facilities. You will document activities in Maximo for Maintenance, perform downtime root cause analysis, and lead preventive, predictive, and crisis maintenance to maximize uptime.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Automation/Controls/Robotics Engineering and at least 1 year of technical manufacturing experience, with comfort in

- Technical troubleshooting in manufacturing or OEM tooling environments.
- Experience with safety standards like OSHA and related regulatory requirements.
- Ability to oversee maintenance operations and supervise skilled trades.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations and supervise skilled trades to support production and facilities.
- Use Maximo for Maintenance to document activities and input maintenance planning.
- Conduct root cause analysis of downtime to prevent recurrence (4D process).
- Lead preventive, predictive, and crisis maintenance activities to maximize uptime.
- Coordinate with ME/PE to launch new programs and optimize automation and controls.
