Job summary

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with automation experience in pharma/biotech.
- Associate’s with 6 years automation experience or high school with 8 years in industry.
- Strong knowledge of automation, validation, and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Own automation systems for testing equipment, ensuring reliability and compliance.
- Design and maintain automation and control strategies for test operations.
- Implement and optimize PLCs, HMIs, and automation components.
- Maintain documentation and validation records.
- Lead integration of new automation technologies.
- Analyze performance data to drive improvements.
- Provide technical support and lifecycle management.
- Ensure FDA, GMP compliance and readiness for audits.
