Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Consumer Health Logistics Center in Groveport, OH is seeking an Automation Lead Technician for the 2nd shift. You will install, maintain, and replace automation systems across the production line, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

As SME, you’ll deliver reports on current capabilities and future opportunities to leadership. The role supports Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and preventive/predictive maintenance programs within the site Asset Management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or automation preferred.
• Basic understanding of PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Facilities Technician and Intelligrated technician during daily maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues on automation systems.
• Maintain and inspect motors, sensors, PLCs, drives, belts, and conveyors.
• Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements to reliability and uptime.
