• Ensure complete understanding of requirements to implement automation across accounts.
• Shortlist accounts by size and maturity; drive automation maturity to the next level.
• Align customers with Wipro's capability to drive automation and ROI.
• Ensure project scopes and contractual commitments are met.
• Review automation projects, resolve escalations, and monitor progress.
• Maintain appropriate access controls to protect sensitive project information.
