Job description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Required Skills

• Selenium; Java; Python
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Automation Projects in a Developer/Lead capacity.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in reviewing requirements and project documentation to understand the application and perform automation feasibility analysis.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing, developing, maintaining, and analyzing automated test scripts.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience executing automation scripts, preparing execution reports and defect logs.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience creating project deliverables including automation test plans, automation estimation, test reports and automation dashboards
• Solid computer programming experience (Java, SQL, Gherkin an asset).
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience (3+ years) using Quality Center/AML experience.
• Independent worker with strong troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills (oral and written) to document/communicate issues affecting test results. Ability to assist with offshore / onshore task co‑ordination.
• Experience in version control using SVN, Perforce etc.
• 2+ experience in banking domain. Exposure to treasury/payment systems.
• Familiarity with testing different file and message formats – SWIFT, CAMT, XML, BAI2, CSV, MTXXX a definite plus.
• Mandatory Skills: Windows Platform Test Automation.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
