Job summary

Moove AV is seeking an IT Systems & Automation Engineer to support daily IT operations across multiple sites and markets. You’ll onboard/offboard employees, manage hardware lifecycles, administer SaaS platforms, and assist with automation workflows and lightweight internal tools.

The role combines systems administration, endpoint management, API integrations, and operational tooling in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT operations or similar role with a degree, or 5+ years in related technical support.
• Experience onboarding/offboarding workflows and SaaS platforms.
• Experience hardware provisioning and account administration.
• Basic scripting or API integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding and offboarding across enterprise systems.
• Provision and manage IT hardware and devices.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Support Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, and Jira integrations.
• Develop automation workflows and lightweight internal tools.
• Create dashboards and reports for inventory, licensing, and performance.
