Job summary

Amazon seeks a Mechanical or Electrical Integration Lead to drive installation, integration, and deployment of automation across North America. You will provide mechanical/electrical engineering expertise, lead crews, and ensure safety, schedule, and cost targets are met while coordinating across engineering, supply chain, and operations.

You will influence technical standards, manage vendor relationships, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for large programs with complex, multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or MIL/EIL experience may be considered in lieu.
• Experience supervising people in engineering, industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Background in automated, logistics or material-handling environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews deploying material handling equipment across North American facilities.
• Drive multi-site projects, ensure safety, cost, and quality standards.
• Provide technical input and lead engineering decisions across teams.
• Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to scale solutions.
• Create documentation and coordinate vendor/partner relationships.
