Job summary

Roche is seeking an Automation Field Trainer to join the Solutions Training Team within Training & Development. The role partners with the Roche Support Network, Marketing, and Sales to train laboratory staff before go-live on new automation instruments and during ongoing customer training.

The trainer will serve as the field training subject matter expert across Roche portfolios, develop training plans, and support pre-sales, project management, and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience within the diagnostics industry or related field.
• Advanced knowledge demonstrated through advanced degree or extensive technical experience in lab chemistry, immunology, IT, molecular, tissue, or automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Tailored customer training for Roche solutions, on-site and remote, including installation and maintenance training.
• Act as training liaison and technical expert for consultative and clinical matters.
• Develop curricula with leadership to meet training needs and business goals.
• Design training activities and collect feedback to improve content and align with product development.
