Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. is seeking MEAU Service Engineers to diagnose breakdowns, maintain automation systems, and maximize uptime through proactive troubleshooting. You will work on-site with customers, diagnosing electro-mechanical systems and providing hands-on solutions.

Travel up to 80% regionally with some nationwide trips and in-house training on PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and CNCs. A degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Mechatronics or equivalent, plus strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Proven electrical troubleshooting and strong problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on learner with drive to build technical depth over time.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents including schematics.
• Travel up to 80% (local and nationwide) and willingness for field service work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and optimize electro-mechanical automation systems through on-site troubleshooting.
• Deliver responsive, knowledgeable on-site or remote support across channels.
• Promote value-added services and identify opportunities for spare parts to maintain operations.
• Engage in ongoing technical training and collaborate with peers to elevate service delivery.
