Job summary

Bosch-HomeComfort is seeking a curious, hands-on Automation Experience Designer who will apply automation and AI tools to real business challenges. This role emphasizes designing better processes, teaching others how to work efficiently with digital tools, and supporting adoption across teams.

In this position you will map workflows, build automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, and generative AI, and ensure user-centered design.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, or applying AI in business settings.
Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools.
Ability to apply AI tools to solve real problems.
Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain tools clearly.
Experience mapping processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

Analyze & Improve Workflows - Map current processes and identify opportunities for automation or AI value.
Build & Apply Automation Solutions - Design and develop solutions using RPA and AI tools; select the right tools for the problem.
Design for the User Experience - Ensure automation solutions are intuitive and human-centered.
Enable & Train Others - Lead training sessions and create learning materials.
Support Project Delivery - Contribute to planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
