Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, business analysis, or applying AI and automation tools in a professional setting.
• Hands-on experience using automation and/or AI tools.
• Ability to apply AI tools to solve real problems, not just experiment with them.
• Confidence in explaining and demonstrating tools to others in a clear, engaging way.
• Understanding of process mapping and workflow improvement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A user-first mindset and natural curiosity for improving how work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Improve Workflows: Map current processes and identify opportunities for automation or AI value.
• Build & Apply Automation Solutions: Design and develop solutions using RPA and AI tools (Power Automate, UiPath, generative AI).
• Design for the User Experience: Ensure automation solutions are intuitive and usable.
• Enable & Train Others: Demonstrate tool usage, lead training sessions, create learning materials, support teams.
• Support Project Delivery: Contribute to project planning, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
