Bosch is seeking an AI/automation professional to optimize Customer Service processes through AI, data, and automation technologies. You will develop AI assistants and agent workflows, and build automation using Power Platform and APIs.

You will collaborate with process owners across regions to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable solutions, while promoting digital skills within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI, automation, BI, or digital solutions.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with data integration and automation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate; knowledge of APIs and MCP.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to apply AI, data, automation, and digital technologies to improve Customer Service processes and customer experience.
• Develop and support AI solutions, AI assistants, chatbots, and agent workflows for repetitive and data-driven activities.
• Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Platform, Power Automate, APIs, and N8N.
