Bosch Homecomfort is seeking an Automation Experience Designer to apply automation and AI to real business challenges. You will design and implement automation while helping teams adopt new tools, with a focus on usable, human-centered processes.

The role is ideal for early-career talent who enjoys building, experimenting, and teaching others how to work more efficiently using modern digital tools. Strong communication and training abilities are valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, business analysis, or applying AI and automation tools.
Hands-on experience using automation and/or AI tools.
Ability to apply AI tools to solve real problems, not just experiment with them.
Confidence in explaining and demonstrating tools to others in a clear, engaging way.
Understanding of process mapping and workflow improvement.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A user-first mindset and a natural curiosity for improving how work gets done.

Responsibilities

Analyze & Improve Workflows: Map current processes and identify automation opportunities.
Evaluate when to use automation vs. human-centered approaches.
Build & Apply Automation Solutions: Design/develop solutions using RPA and AI tools (Power Automate, UiPath, generative AI).
Design for the User Experience: Ensure solutions are intuitive and people-centered.
Enable & Train Others: Lead trainings and create learning materials.
Support Project Delivery: Contribute to planning and cross-functional collaboration.
