Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to use multimeter for troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical systems up to 480VAC.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and automated systems.
• Read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control prints and schematics and use them to troubleshoot circuits.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Technical certification with specialty experience in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules to maintain a safe and healthful workplace.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and building systems.
• Determine root causes and implement permanent fixes.
• Assist and train other maintenance technicians.
• Assist contractors with repairs and new equipment setup.
• Log all maintenance work daily in the internal system.
