Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a skilled maintenance professional in Jackson, TN, to maintain facility and equipment for safe production and warehousing. You will perform preventive maintenance on automation and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors and contractors to keep systems running at peak performance.

The role requires a strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic background, with the ability to read blueprints and to follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic, processing, blue prints.
Knowledge of lockout tag out and safety related issues while working on plant equipment.
Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

Supports facility maintenance to assure operational reliability and asset longevity.
Troubleshoots and repairs operating equipment.
Supports continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Executes capital projects to enhance efficiencies, define scope, budget and schedule.
Maintains preventative maintenance program for the site.
Manages maintenance parts inventory and procurement.
Ensures safety compliance with company, local, state, and federal requirements.
Provides guidance to staff and coordinates with Maintenance Manager.
