Medtronic plc in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for Medical Devices Operations. You will execute detailed process analyses to ensure operations align with SOPs and quality regulations, and perform data-driven evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.

You will provide technical support to manufacturing and maintenance to correct discrepancies and enhance equipment and tooling used in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience or Master's with 0+ years.
• Experience with automated and manual machine design, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IQ/OQ/MSA/PQ validation in a medical device environment.
• Knowledge of GD&T and problem-solving tools: MINITAB, SIX SIGMA, DOE, GR&R, CAPA, DMAIC.

Responsabilités

• Review production defects with manufacturing and quality teams and propose corrective actions.
• Provide daily support to set up, troubleshoot, and monitor forming, grinding, and polishing processes.
• Lead engineering studies and DOE to optimize existing processes.
• Update tooling design using Creo/SolidWorks/AutoCAD; collaborate with toolmakers.
• Prepare process development, validation protocols and reports for new equipment.
• Support new process development and integration projects.
