Responsibilities

• Respond to automation line failures, equipment alarms, and production downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Perform preventive and general maintenance on automated production equipment.
• Monitor recurring equipment failures and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs and asset data.
• Escalate complex issues to Process/Controls Engineering or vendors.
• Support engineering projects and equipment upgrades.
• Provide basic troubleshooting training to production personnel.

Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast-changing, high-growth technology environment!Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Respond to automation line failures, equipment alarms, and production downtime.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, sensor, controls, and automation-related issues.Identify root causes of equipment failures using systematic troubleshooting techniques.Perform preventive and general maintenance on automated production equipment.Monitor recurring equipment failures and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.Collect, document, and report equipment failure and downtime data.Maintain equipment maintenance records, troubleshooting logs, and asset records.Escalate complex equipment issues to Process Engineering, Controls Engineering, IT, or equipment vendors.Support Process Engineering with automation projects, equipment improvements, and special projects.Receive and respond to JIRA tickets related to automation, equipment, and manufacturing support.Work with Manufacturing and Engineering to identify tools and equipment needed to support production.Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.Work with equipment vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Identify and order replacement parts, tools, equipment, and supplies.Provide equipment operation and basic troubleshooting training to production personnel.Support equipment testing and validation following repairs, modifications, or upgrades.Provide day-to-day technical support to maintain automation line uptime and production efficiency.Education and Work ExperienceCollege/bachelor’s degree is preferred.One year or more of experience working in a similar work environment.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesSkilled in debugging and root cause analysisProficient with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)Physical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including occasional lifting to 50lbs.Analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of manufacturing systemsEffective in time management and delegation.Experience with Automation (Preferred but not required)Job Complexity and SupervisionCapable of managing multiple projects.Comfortable in a fast-moving business and team environment.Attention to detail and highly motivated.Ability to work with minimal supervision.What’s in it for youBenefit InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA)Mental Health Care401K with matchPaid Holidays, Vacation & Sick DaysTuition ReimbursementPerks at WorkLEAP ProgramMyFlexPayWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status.
