Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2 years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or related area.
• Option 2: 4 years’ experience in engineering, supply chain, or related area.
• Masters: Computer Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead automation engineering projects by planning, estimating, and managing timelines, costs, and resources.
• Analyze data and develop insights to influence strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, test, and implement automation systems, ensuring integration with existing technologies and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and resolve technical challenges.
• Document project status, prepare reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Support process flow design and optimize supply chain operations through effective automation solutions.
• Mentor team members and contribute to talent development within the engineering group.
