Job summary

The Blue Venture Fund seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to lead hands-on quality engineering for Retirement & Wealth products, building modern automation capabilities with Playwright and TypeScript, and reducing manual testing while accelerating delivery.

You will design and evolve test automation frameworks, mentor other QEs, and partner with software engineers on testing strategies, migrating from Selenium to Playwright where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on quality engineering leadership with automation expertise.
• Experience designing and evolving test automation frameworks.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting of automation failures.
• Ability to mentor QA engineers on modern automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration tests.
• Develop automated testing solutions using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and identify root causes.
• Coach QA team members on coding best practices and framework development.
• Partner with software engineers to define testing strategies and architecture.
• Drive migration from Selenium-based solutions to Playwright-based solutions.
