Job summary

DSN-IT in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to architect end‑to‑end testing across Web, Mobile, and Desktop platforms. You will design automation frameworks from the ground up in TypeScript, integrate UI, API, and data validation, and lead Shift‑Left quality initiatives that prevent defects before staging.

You will mentor engineers, shape the QA strategy, and collaborate with developers, product, and design to ensure comprehensive coverage and reliability of our products

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA automation with a focus on building frameworks
• Proficient in TypeScript and production automation frameworks
• Experience with Playwright for web automation and Appium for mobile
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and API testing experience
• CI/CD integration experience with Jenkins or similar
• Performance testing with JMeter or equivalent tools

Responsibilities

• Build automation frameworks from scratch using TypeScript (Playwright) and Appium
• Own the QA strategy and Shift-Left practices across Web, Mobile, and Desktop
• Write and maintain automation scripts in TypeScript
• Validate across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS
• Perform cross-layer root cause analysis using diagnostics tools
• Drive performance testing and data integrity validation
• Mentor teammates on test design and automation patterns
• Collaborate with developers, product, and design to ensure coverage
