Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
- 7+ years in industrial automation, controls, or manufacturing systems.
- Previous leadership or team lead experience.
- Strong experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and control networks.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (FDA, cGMP) is a plus.
- Effective project management and cross-functional communication.
