Job summary

Avalore is seeking a Support Systems Developer/Engineer to design and implement automation across the support desk. You will build AI chatbots, automate processes, and integrate ML into support workflows to improve response times and user experience.

You will analyze current processes, develop and deploy solutions, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Strong English communication, security clearance, and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Security certifications preferred per role levels: CSSLP/GSEC/Security+C for Junior/Journeyman; CISSP-ISSAP for Senior.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication skills are required.
• Experience with automation, IT service management, and support tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design improvements to support systems and automate processes to improve response times and user experience.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions including AI chatbots and RPA.
• Analyze current support processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Integrate AI and machine learning into support processes for predictive and proactive support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to the support team on new tools and automated processes.
