Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Industrial/Electrical Engineering or Automation.
• 3 years of automation or manufacturing operations experience (internships/co-ops included).
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Validated experience managing a unionized workforce.

• Apply designs, implement, and optimize automated control systems, robotics, and industrial machinery.
• Lead automation, digitalization, and smart factory initiatives.
• Support plant launches, new line installs, and technology ramp-ups.
