Job summary

Goodwin is seeking an Automation Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team in Boston. You will design, develop, deploy, and support automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms to streamline business processes and boost operational efficiency.

Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance, Client Development, and legal teams to gather requirements, build scalable automations, and maintain connectors to enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as an Automation Engineer with Microsoft Azure-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Build automation workflows using Power Platform and other low-code tools.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, Marketing, Finance, Client Development and legal.
• Develop scalable, secure automation solutions integrating with SharePoint, Teams and SaaS.
• Create and maintain connectors to enterprise platforms.
• Monitor and refine automation workflows to improve performance.
• Leverage Azure AI services to enhance automation with AI capabilities.
• Test and validate workflows for reliability and compliance.
• Stay current with low-code platforms and Microsoft ecosystem updates.
• Document automation designs and support procedures for knowledge transfer.
• Provide end-user training and support for deployed automation.
• Ensure IT governance, security, and compliance.
