Sync Automation is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, implement, and support automation systems for diverse industrial projects. You will program PLC/HMI, assist FAT/SAT, and perform fieldwork as needed.

The role involves troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with clients and vendors. Travel to sites is required, and in-person work is standard at our Baton Rouge-area locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field required.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel and perform hands-on fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Programming and configuring automation systems (e.g., PLC, HMI).
• Supporting FAT, SAT, and installations.
