Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoots and debugs existing PLC programs and control systems.
• Implements and optimizes HMI applications for machine control and data visualization.
• Collaborates with engineers and production staff to define system requirements and specifications.
• Develops and maintains detailed documentation for PLC programs and system configurations.
• Provides technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.
• Stays current with new PLC technologies, software, and industry best practices.
