Lhoist North America is hiring an Automation Engineer to develop, maintain and support process networks and control systems across multiple plant sites. You will troubleshoot instrumentation, implement improvements, and support data acquisition, storage and MES integrations.

Responsibilities include programming PLCs/ HMIs, maintaining network gear, and collaborating with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to drive safety, efficiency and quality.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in process controls/automation design, operation, and maintenance.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and instrumentation troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• Support process control and automation systems at multiple plant sites.
• Troubleshoot instruments and control systems to minimize downtime.
