Job summary

Penn Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team in Langhorne, PA. The successful candidate will support the design, implementation, and sustainment of automation and control systems used in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include designing automation systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining PLC/HMI/SCADA configurations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–7 years of hands-on automation or controls engineering experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting PLC/HMI/SCADA systems in a production setting.
• Familiarity with industrial networking concepts and automation system connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support automation and control systems.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain PLC logic and HMI/SCADA configurations.
