Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from design to implementation and validation.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and contractors to deliver results on time and within budget.
• Support system design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with standards and drive digitalization efforts.
• Review and approve CSV documentation to ensure all automation systems meet strict pharmaceutical regulatory and quality standards as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of automation in pharmaceutical manufacturing or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of Allen‑Bradley PLCs, SCADA, and control networks.
• Skilled in project management and adherence to GMP, or ISA S88/S95 standards.
