You will coordinate offshore and vendor teams, develop proposals, RFQ responses, define DOU/SOW, and support senior management reviews while ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing automation.
• Experience leading automation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong vendor management and RFQ/RFI familiarity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across multiple locations.

• Translate user requirements into functional design and a technical concept.
• Provide advanced technical solutions and lead team through processes.
• Demonstrate creativity in applying engineering principles and practices.
• Devise innovative solutions to manufacturing problems.
• Apply knowledge of product design and assembly to manufacturing.
• Conduct plant assessments and define DOU/SOW.
• Prepare RFQ/RFIs to vendors and evaluate quotes.
• Prepare proposals to customers and contribute to winning projects.
• Coordinate offshore and vendor teams based on project needs.
• Support Project Status Reviews and Senior Management Reviews.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and sustain future engagements.
• Travel across multiple locations as required.
